We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and secure bank transfers. All transactions are processed through our encrypted client portal to ensure your total security.

Do you offer monthly subscription plans?

Yes. Our 'Peak Performance' subscription includes 2–3 sessions per week plus customized nutritional architecture and continuous progress tracking via our digital dashboard.

Are there any enrollment or gym fees?

None. We believe in total transparency. Your session rate covers everything—private training access, towel service, and all equipment. Reaching your peak shouldn't come with surprises.

What do I need to bring for my sessions?

How many times per week should I be training?

Policy & Cancellation

What is your cancellation window?

We value your time and ours. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for a session.

How do I reschedule a booked session?

Rescheduling is quick and easy through our client portal or mobile app. As long as you are outside the 24-hour window, you can shift your session to a more convenient time.

What happens if I miss a session?

Consistency is key to your results! Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are unfortunately forfeited and charged at the full rate.

Can I pause my training membership?

Yes, we offer flexible pauses for travel or medical reasons. You can suspend your package once per quarter for up to 30 days. Just reach out to us in advance!
